He is a new version of Godzilla's old enemy King Ghidorah, but with slightly different colors, smaller wings, and much more evil. His main weapon is a gravity ray, that he can use to actually pick Godzilla up and move him around.

Keizer Ghidorah stands 12 inches tall and is made of soft black polyester with gold foil scales.
